FOUNDER | MANAGING PRINCIPAL

As Founder, Jason is responsible for the company's overall vision that valuable fine properties are sourced, managed and sold for our clients with each deal that is executed.

​

Prior to founding Westbourne Properties, Jason worked for several years with a national commercial broker, serving private clients and developers across the Western US. Prior to entering brokerage, Jason  worked for two prominent developers on projects throughout Southern California and the Bay Area, including multi-family, hospitality, office, and industrial developments. A Bay Area native, Jason worked in construction for his father's company growing up and continuing through his freshman year in college, wearing several hats in the field and assisting in project administration. This combined level of experience has helped him form strong business relationships with developers and high-net-worth clients.

Jason graduated from University of San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and has lived in San Diego for the last 10 years.
